Q : How do I return an item?

A: We are really sorry that an item has not been the right fit for you. If it has not been more than 14 days since your order. You can fill out the form above and request a return directly from us. Please be aware that Card Spire does not cover the cost of postage for a return. The item must be in its original packaging, unopened and in the same condition you received it.

Q: My item arrived damaged what do I do?

A: We understand how frustrating such an event can be. At the end of the day we are all consumers so when something goes wrong we aim to address it as quickly as possible. Fill out the form above and make sure to document the way you received your order as we will request you to send it over to us and we'll begin the reimbursement process.

Q: I'm interested in a card you offer however I'm not sure about the condition you specified.

A: Fantastic, we really appreciate your interest! In such an event you can fill out the form above and request a scan from us of the card you are interested in for absolutely free and we will leave the final judgement up to you.

Q: I am looking to do business with your company, how can I reach out to someone about this?
